I searched online and saw this scale as the best one out of all that I had researched. Best for the following: best price, cute, compact, portable, has carrying case offering protection, weighs items up to 1000 g, could weigh in oz, g, and something else. I contacted the seller and he replied exponentially fast and he answered all of my questions! (Other sellers I had contacted did not reply sadly.) And the product arrived quickly as well to Bellingham (they don't ship to Canada). I'm loving my new scale ... it's proving to be very handy. And oh, it came calibrated! I tested it with an American nickel and it showed up as 5 g! Thank you ... I'm as happy as can be and would recommend this scale and this company to others with great faith!
